To kickstart the design process, we believe in understanding our clients' needs and objectives, by conducting a thorough briefing stage, with open and engaging discussions to ensure we capture all the important details. At this stage a site visit and check measure are undertaken.

CONCEPT DESIGN
Our strength lies in our ability to create strong design ideas that effectively convey unique stories for each project, resulting in an exceptional design experience. We start by reviewing the existing plans, or architect’s plans, and identify any key architectural elements requiring integration. We review all of the interior spaces and proposed plans, ensuring the spaces are thoughtfully considered. Our ultimate objective is to deliver a design concept that goes beyond our clients’ expectations, offering an unexpected and memorable design journey.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once the concept design is approved, the design development begins, where the project takes on a more tangible form through the creation of the drawing package. In this phase, our clients can start to visualise how the space will look and gain a better understanding of the chosen materials and finishes. It provides the opportunity to refine and adjust to ensure that the design aligns with the objectives outlined in the initial brief. This stage is crucial, as it allows for collaborative discussions and fine-tuning of the design.

DETAILED DESIGN
At this stage, we create detailed drawings and specifications for the project. These documents enable the project to go out to tender/pricing and provide a clear reference for all parties involved, including our client and contractors. We consolidate all specified items into a schedule of finishes, fittings, and equipment for ease of understanding and communication.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
Upon receiving the pricing, we update the construction drawing set to reflect any changes made during value engineering and material supply adjustments. This ensures that the finalised design is accurately conveyed to the construction team for smooth project implementation.

Interior site observation / project management
During construction, we closely monitor the site and collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and the architect to ensure the design intent is followed. Regular site visits and effective communication help us achieve our expectations for the finished execution of the design.

Procurement (and FF&E)
After finalising the hard fitout selections, we proceed to specify furniture, fabrics, window treatments, and accessories for the soft fitout. Our procurement service handles sourcing, ordering, and monitoring of these items. We provide a detailed schedule with product details, suppliers, prices, and lead times and oversee the delivery, installation, and styling of all items to ensure a seamless process.

STYLING
We provide styling services with a curated selection of art and object, blending new, vintage, and collectible items. This creates a unique personality for each project, adding a captivating and personalised touch.
